PWSKIA Revitalization is a regeneration of the PWSKIA KARTINI e-cohort application which has long been a MCH recording system. Now present as an android application that is easy to use by Independent Practices, Health Facilities, Coordinator Midwives of Puskesmas, Village/Territory Midwives, Health Cadres and Stakeholders in improving the quality of recording, monitoring, early detection of risks and regional-based pregnancy planning.This application is a basic concept that can be developed independently by each province and district/city in the acquisition of integrated MCH records
